Stone Firm Makes Solid Move

Bellagio Stone, the Warwickshire-based natural stone surface specialists, has bought a 20,000 sq ft industrial building in Heathcote Way, Warwick.

The company, which creates stone surfaces for use throughout the home – specialising in kitchens and bathrooms – has purchased the freehold after moving from Sydenham.

The firm has invested heavily in the refurbishment of the building which had been vacant for some time but once Wareing & Company secured planning consent for change of use, they achieved the sale within two months on behalf of the Revelan Group.
