Wareing & Company is pleased to have acted as joint agent on the successful letting of Barberry Midbox 92, a new 92,246 sq ft Grade A industrial and logistics facility at Tournament Fields Business Park, Warwick.

 

The newly completed warehouse has been let to international logistics provider Widem Logistics on a 15-year lease, marking a significant occupier commitment at one of Warwickshire’s leading employment locations.

 

Developed by Barberry Industrial, the £20 million Barberry Midbox 92 scheme occupies the final remaining plot at the entrance to Tournament Fields Business Park, benefiting from a prominent position and immediate access to Junction 15 of the M40.

 

The high-specification facility has been designed to meet the requirements of modern industrial and logistics occupiers, targeting EPC A and BREEAM Outstanding. Sustainability and occupier-focused features include rooftop solar PV, electric vehicle charging points, enhanced staff welfare facilities, landscaped green areas, an outdoor gym and basketball court, bike repair pod and a range of biodiversity initiatives.

 

The letting to Widem Logistics follows the building’s recent practical completion, with the occupier secured shortly after handover.

 

Widem Logistics is an international logistics provider operating across Europe, offering transportation, customs, retail distribution and fulfilment services through its own warehouses and dedicated fleet.

Wareing & Company has been involved with Tournament Fields Business Park for more than 20 years and has played a long-standing role in the development and marketing of commercial property at the park.

The completion and letting of Barberry Midbox 92 represents the delivery of the final plot at the 50-acre business park, further strengthening Tournament Fields’ position as an established location for national and international occupiers.

 

Barberry acquired the final remaining plot at the front of the business park and secured reserved matters planning permission from Warwick District Council before commencing construction.
