The team, led by 2 Directors, provide advice to clients on their commercial property holdings, often throughout their entire ownership cycle.
The agency team act for Funds, Councils, property companies and private landlords, as well as advising national occupiers and growing independents on their property holdings and acquisitions.
Our practice is principally agency based, although we also undertake lease renewals and rent reviews on behalf of a wide range of property owners and tenants.

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Graduate Surveyor to joint our Agency Team.
The role will be:-
Based in Leamington Spa.
Assisting the team on disposals and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
Property marketing.
Preparing brochures and marketing literature.
Inspections and viewings.
Assisting on property transactions (throughout entire process from reporting to clients, marketing, receiving offers, giving recommendations and overseeing to completion).
Skills and Experience
Agency / Sales experience.
Property valuation principles.
Landlord and Tenant law.
Property investment fundamentals.
Planning system.
Reading plans and interpreting leases.
Basic financial analysis and Excel.
Clean UK Driving Licence.
