A Landmark Deal for Innovation at Middlemarch Business Park

Wareing & Company has successfully advised Aurrigo International Plc on the acquisition of a major new UK hub facility at Middlemarch Business Park, Coventry, in a deal that will support the future growth of autonomous vehicle engineering and manufacturing in the region.

The new facility comprises two buildings totalling 130,615 sq ft and will become Aurrigo’s principal UK base for advanced engineering, autonomous vehicle development, high-value volume manufacturing, and wider automotive operations.

With the capability to manufacture more than 500 autonomous vehicles per year, the site represents a significant investment in the future of mobility technology and advanced manufacturing within the West Midlands.

CEWE Secures £5.6m Freehold Acquisition at Tachbrook Park Following Lease Surrender Negotiated by Wareing & Company

 

Wareing & Company has successfully negotiated the surrender of a lease and subsequent freehold sale of a high-quality 45,000 sq ft warehouse/industrial unit with extensive office accommodation at 5 Apollo Way, Tachbrook Park, Leamington Spa.

The property, previously occupied by Grupo Antolin, has been acquired with vacant possession by CEWE Limited for approximately £5.6 million. The off-market deal highlights CEWE’s proactive approach and long-term commitment to the Warwick district, as the company relocates from another premises on Tachbrook Park to the new building next year.
