CEWE Secures £5.6m Freehold Acquisition at Tachbrook Park Following Lease Surrender Negotiated by Wareing & Company

Wareing & Company has successfully negotiated the surrender of a lease and subsequent freehold sale of a high-quality 45,000 sq ft warehouse/industrial unit with extensive office accommodation at 5 Apollo Way, Tachbrook Park, Leamington Spa.

The property, previously occupied by Grupo Antolin, has been acquired with vacant possession by CEWE Limited for approximately £5.6 million. The off-market deal highlights CEWE’s proactive approach and long-term commitment to the Warwick district, as the company relocates from another premises on Tachbrook Park to the new building next year.

Bill Wareing of Wareing & Company who led negotiations on behalf of the landlord said:
“CEWE had been seeking freehold opportunities in the Warwick district for a number of years and have made a commitment to secure these premises in an off-market deal well in advance of their current lease expiry.”

CEWE, a German-based provider of commercial photographic services across the UK and Europe, will consolidate its operations at the site, underlining its commitment to growth in the region. Noyes Lewis Commercial Property acted on behalf of CEWE in connection with the transaction.

The completion of this deal reinforces the strength and resilience of the Warwickshire commercial property market, with high-quality industrial and office assets continuing to attract strong investor and occupier demand despite broader market fluctuations.
